RETURN POLICY
REPAYMENT OF MONEY
Payment made through the website is non-refundable if you do not show up for the course, or if you cancel your participation. The advance will be forfeited and will not be taken into account if you wish to register for another course date.
The price is non-negotiable and non-refundable in case of non-participation in the course by the beneficiary or if the trainee is dissatisfied with certain aspects of the course, as the syllabus is presented before the course registration.
RESPONSIBILITY
The provider is not responsible for isolated technical problems that may occur for some participants of online courses (poor internet connection, noisy location, computer problems, etc.).
The beneficiary will find the detailed description of each course on the provider's platform, so that it is very easy for the beneficiary to recognize at which current level of information he/she is.
The learner has the right to enroll in any course on the provider's platform if the provider is a technician. The latter accepts no liability if the learner is not at the level of the chosen course.
For trainees who wish to attend one of the courses, the payment is double and the technique learned in the course can only be practiced and cannot be TAKEN further. The student's workbook received during the course, the graphical drawing, his sketches cannot be copied !
The consumer has the right to return a product, without having to justify the return and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 13 paragraph. (3) and Art. 14 of O.U.G. No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the product is physically in their possession. The return costs shall be borne by the consumer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Products that are unsealed, physically altered, damaged, damaged, chipped, chipped, scratched, shocked, damaged by unauthorized use and/or tampering, etc., will not be accepted for return. Also, an incomplete product will not be accepted for return if it consists of several components (e.g. electrical appliances without power cord).
Reimbursement of the amount paid:
The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of notification DIVIN NAILS ROXANA SRL by the Consumer.
DIVIN NAILS ROXANA SRL may postpone reimbursement of the value of the product until it has received the product sold or until it has received proof that it has been dispatched, if DIVIN NAILS ROXANA SRL has not offered to collect the product himself (the most recent date will be taken).

The consumer is responsible for the return costs.
