WARRANTY POLICY - DIVIN NAILS ROXANA SRL
1. Duration and Conditions of the Guarantee
The warranty only applies to products in the appliance category.
- For individuals, the guarantee is 12 months.
- For legal entities, the guarantee is 6 months.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical problems affecting the normal use of the product.
Consumable products, such as UV gels, liquid products, brushes or other accessories, are not covered by warranty, but can be returned in accordance with the return policy if they show visible defects upon receipt.
2. What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Faults caused by improper use (e.g. mechanical shock, exposure to liquids, electrical overload).
- Unauthorized interference with the product.
- Use of non-original or incompatible accessories.
3. How can you claim the guarantee?
To benefit from the warranty, you need to follow these steps:
1. Contact us by email/phone and describe the problem.
2. Send the product together with the warranty certificate and invoice/tax voucher to the company address.
3. The product will be evaluated, and in case of a defect covered by warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 15 working days of receipt.
4. Transportation costs
- If the defect is covered by warranty, the cost of transportation for repair/replacement is borne by us.
- If the product does not have a defect covered by the warranty, transportation will be borne by the customer.
5. Returning the product out of warranty
If the warranty period has expired or the defect is not covered, we offer the possibility of repair at cost, subject to availability of spare parts.
